Kefir is an Eastern European probiotic drink, excellent when sweetened and flavoured with fruit puree. Directions: Heat 4ltrs of pasteurised milk to 30c, add and mix in 1 packet, cover and let set at room temperature undisturbed for 12 hours or until thickened to desired consistency. Finished Kefir may be stored in the fridge for up a week. May also be re-cultured. Store sachets in freezer. Each pack contains two sachets.
