General purpose thermophilic cheese making starter for Parmesan, Provolone, Romano, Swiss, Gruyere and other Italian style cheeses, made using high temperature ranges. Directions: Added directly to the milk, each sachet will set 7.5ltrs of milk, following usual receipe. Store unopened packets in freezer. 5 sachets.

    Made wonderful Parmesan from this culture. The hardest part is waiting ten months for it to mature!
