Our dial cheese thermometer is easy to read. Made with durable, food standard plastic with stainless steel probe, plastic dial cover and metal clip to secure to pan. Range -10 to 110c Centigrade/Fahrenheit scale.
Insert the probe into the liquid being measured, the instrument reading will take a few seconds to stabilise.
After use, wipe the probe off with a clean, damp cloth and thoroughly dry.
A recalibration nut allows general testing of air conditioning, heating and refrigeration, as well as for the food service industry and laboratory work.
