 Syringes with a clear barrel for the perfect reading of syringe contents. This syringe is easy to use for accurate measurements of rennet, calcium chloride, annatto. Of course not restricted to cheesemaking. I keep a couple in the kitchen for feeding baby bird and hedgehog emergencies and worming small mammals. 
Special silicon lubrication ensures the plunger moves smoothly and evenly up and down while in use.
The retaining ring prevents accidental plunger rod withdrawal. For measuring larger quantities of rennet, calcium chloride and annatto, rather than the drop by drop method from a nozzle bottle.

** Annatto tends to stain everything it touches, so a dedicated syringe just for annatto is a good idea **
